Advantages of WarmVue Heating glass & Controller system:
No chill near the WarmVue heating glass, as the radiant transfer between the warm occupant's body and the cold glass is neutralized with a modest amount of Watts/SF. This is quite important, since the discomfort that comes with a loss of body heat is felt up to 10 feet away from a window. As a result, you will be able to turn your air temperature thermostat down and save energy – as well as money.
No descending convective drafts on the WarmVue window, which contribute to chilling conditioned rooms. That means less energy consumption.
The WarmVue glass creates a soft, infrared radiant energy wavelength that is felt by the occupant.
No condensation on the WarmVue glass, which (in humidified hospital environments) is a relief from the Petri dish effect that the moisture on glass creates for the suspended staph, viruses, and bacteria that seek out an incubator in which to grow.
